Pithruvedi is a fathers' organisation in our parish that works under the guidance of our parish priest to bring all of the parish's fathers together under one roof. The father of the family symbolises and reflects God, the Father. He loves, cares for, protects, teaches, and guides his family members. Our patron saint is St. Joseph, the Holy Husband. We are selflessly serving to defend Christian principles and Catholic values in this faith-challenging modern era. Our fundamental aim is to develop spiritual beliefs in the parish community, thereby uniting them in the divine faith.
Pithruvedi is organising a variety of fundraising events and campaigns to support our community welfare programs as well as the church's goal. Pithruvedi members play an important role in organising and coordinating all activities related to the parish feast and other seasonal festivals such as Christmas, Holy Week, and more. The members are constantly alert to ensure that all parish members are in compliance with parish policies and regulations.
Furthermore, Pithruvedi assist in coordinating catechetical, liturgical, and altar services, all of which are important for the community's spiritual well-being. The service's scope extends beyond the parish and into the surrounding area. Pithruvedi is a group of dedicated members who work to preserve our Parish's faith and spirituality.
